Alectrix is offering a five year extended warranty on any OMICRON products purchased since January 1, 2010.
The goal of this offer is to underline the high reliability of OMICRON products to prospective clients who do not yet use OMICRON equipment. For existing users, the goal is to make the repair process simple and fast. A user can send us the faulty equipment without a formal purchase order, we will repair it within a maximum of five working days and then ship it back at no additional charge. Should the equipment require calibration, this will be done at the same time for a nominal charge.
The warranty excludes accessories such as cables, bags, and cases, as well as any blatant misuse of the equipment.
