Objectives

A XRIO Converter is a customized tool that allows users of the OMICRON Test Universe software to easily enter relay specific settings in the same context as used on the relay. After completion of this seminar, in addition to generating a fully automated test template using the LinkToXRIO functionality, each participant will also have a working understanding of how to create their own XRIO Converter.

Participants will be familiarised with the structure and syntax of XRIO together with the application of the LinkToXRIO functionality. Each participant will perform a number of tasks developing his own XRIO Converters using the Test Universe software in the offline mode, i.e. with no CMC connected.
